Co-op position available

Sarstedt, Inc in Newton has an opening for a co-op Systems Support Specialist. It is a paid position. The Systems Support Specialist Cooperative Program is designed to give the successful candidate hands on work experience in the Information Technology field. Candidate must be enrolled in the Information Technology program preferably with a concentration on Networking. Ability to analyze problems and select proper corrective action. Ability to organize tasks and work independently. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Productivity Suites. Experience with personal computer hardware and their components. Experience with LAN topologies, cabling and connectorization, networking electronics and protocols. It is Monday - Friday either from 8-12 or 1-5.
